For centuries, Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier has been producing and continuously refining the great art of making elegant and distinctive Rieslings in harmony with nature. This results in distinctive and unique Mosel, Saar, and Ruwer Rieslings from the steep slate slopes.

The steeper the slope, the harder the work is in the vineyards. But the effort is rewarded with a fascinating complexity and longevity of the Rieslings produced there. The single-vineyard Rieslings are raised in the tradition of dry and off-dry Spätlese and Auslese and are therefore legally a Prädikatswein.
