Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier has been cultivating the special art of sparkling wine for a long time. All sparkling wines are produced with the greatest care using the traditional method of classic bottle fermentation. Perfectly healthy and ripe grapes from the best vineyards in Ayl and Scharzhofberg form the base wine. A rest of at least two years on the yeasts produces a fine effervescence and seductive, delicately fruity yeast notes.
